To contribute insights to the work of the National Congress during the discussion of the 2025 Public Sector Budget Law and to optimize resource allocation in the healthcare sector, the National Commission for Evaluation and Productivity (CNEP) conducted an analysis of the current relevance of the 36 recommendations outlined in the study “Efficiency in the Management of Primary Healthcare (2022).” Based on this analysis, a proposal was developed, adjusting and prioritizing 27 of the original 36 recommendations.
